All are welcome. Ideal for beginners, as well as the more experienced who wish to deepen their knowledge in the basics of alignment and breathing. Foundational yoga poses are taught, often with the use of props and modifications. Emphasis is placed on safe, effective alignment principles and a slower version of the flow in poses.

Note: Bring your own yoga mat, and a blanket/thick towel.

Walk-ins are accepted if there is still space available on the day.
